The match up that most folks predicted #1 Devils vs #2 Braves. Burk carried off the field in 4th Q, on crutches on sideline. Guessing he’s out but we’ll see. Thoughts on this match up? Guesses where the game will be played? Cambridge maybe?

I’ve seen IV a few times, very talented and well coached squad. I hope St C wins but I think IV’s resume has been better the last few seasons.

Interesting matchup St C has talented defensive linemen but they’re the long and lanky type. Going to be really tested

The matchup everyone has wanted since StC beat IV last season in week 5 24-21. This is a matchup of strength vs strength. StC sees itself as more physical and able to control the trenches than anyone, while IV has a RB with close to 3000 yards. I don’t know that either team has played anyone as physical as the other, even with IV playing a very good schedule. This game may be the quickest regional final in record with how many times each team will keep it on the ground.

Ohio Valley - let's cheer on those St. Clairsville 'RED DEVILS'...move on guys...represent. We are all wearing the red this week. Also, the Steubenville 'BIG RED'...one of the greatest football programs in Ohio. Would be great to have two (2) state champs from the Ohio Valley! From Shadyside Tiger land...smile

That Kinsey kid had 5 touchdowns last week, but it was the defense that helped IV win over New Lex with 3 interceptions and stopping them twice in red zone.
If St C remain healthy enough to run and pass the Red Devils can advance.
Both teams have outstanding lines. Mistakes will decide this one AND I think it'll be low scoring.

I expect this to be a hard fought super physical game. I’ve watched IV in person and some replays of St. C. I think IV is more battle tested and most likely the favorite in this match up but I’m sure St. C will put up a hell of a fight. Excited to see who the best team is in R15, should be a good one!

Hoping for a StC win but with #44 likely out I think their offense is going to struggle due to the wind and rain forecasted. I believe they’ll keep it close but IVs RB will ultimately be too much to handle but let’s hope I’m wrong and StC can keep the train rolling!
