Several Ohio Valley Ohio teams will be participating in the first round of the Ohio playoffs this weekend, with 5 local teams hostsing Home games.
Martins Ferry will play host to Campbell Memorial, Dover travels to Steubenville, Bridgeport is at home against Southern Local, St. Clairsville welcomes Cortland Lakeview, and Trimble is on the road against Shadyside.
On the West Virginia side of the River, this will be the final week of the regular season. There are many final season games of interest, but none are more anticipated than the small school matchup of Wheeling Central and The Linsly Cadets. Linsly has flown under the radar all season as they enter the final week of the season with a near perfect 8-1 record.
