I remember Bob Mills told me a story about Jimmy Baugh Jr.He was umping a game at Maynard and in the 1st Inning The pitcher is warming up and Jim is catching for him. Mills says " so who is catching today?" Jim says I am. The funny thing was He was wearing a mask. Thats it. No shin guards or chest protector. Ive actually seen him do this also.
