I was told there are 10 teams but only 3 are in the smaller side, Frontier, Bridgeport and Beallsville. How do you have a ten team league and it not be a 5/5 split?

I thought I seen somewhere, that Paden City,w.va is in the small school league,I don't think this big school small school league is going work, just add another team to the big school and let it be at that,it would be pretty much a D3 and d4 league other than BL who is D2,then maybe add Frontier or Bridgeport for eight team league
