How are neutral sites determined for each round of the Football playoffs ?

The big thing now is with the plethora of turf fields, the neutral sites will be played on turf, even if a grass field is more appropriate. And with the relentless rain we've been having, it's going to make it even harder to agree to grass fields.

I wonder if OHSAA could agree to playing at Wheeling Island. Word is at one point in the past a game was played there. Would be much closer than Canton.

Yes, there was a game played at Wheeling Island about thirty years ago. I think it was Dover against St. Clairsville. The governor found out and had a fit. There haven't been any games played there since.

Also stadiums have to be put on the availability list first. The state can't just say, hey, we need your stadium.

I am curious to know is the state annually funding the stadium or any other kind expenses provided when the official matches are going to be held in the stadiums and is there any kind of system to provide them energy to work properly and no kind of problems have to face for the stadium organizers.

Stadium has to get on the approved list and be available. After that, it's all backstairs intrigue, secret handshakes, and possibly bribes.
