Let me start by saying I respect Wheeling Central as a small school football program. But there is no possible way they would even be remotely competitive against Big Red. Big difference between D4 Ohio state Champs and WV Single A state champs. Steubenville loses a lot don't get me wrong, but they are gonna reload and be in the top 5 choices to win a state championship again next year in D4.
