Here’s what I don’t get. You take every opportunity you can to trash Indian Creek. Meanwhile, almost every poster on this site, including many Big Red fans, have been very supportive of IC’s run. Why the hate?

Because you just get out and around and you realize the most irrational fan base in the entire area is the Indian Creek Redskins. I mean common on, just read the thread. Trying to compare IC and Big Red is like comparing the Patriots to the Browns. The only similarities is that they both play football.

Nothing will change, there’s no changing of the guard, there’s no “people are tired of old school mentality”. That new school mentality is why it’s taken decades to win 1 Ohio playoff game. Kids still flock to Big Red and will continue to do so. I have a little knowledge of the younger kids, there’s 3-4 kids from just about all peewee programs in the area that play for the Freshman, 8th and 7th grade teams.

While my game predictions maybe wrong, I’m definitely not wrong saying IC is a JV program compared to Big Red.

Take care of the ball, move the sticks via a combination of running and passes across the middle, and we move on. Their secondary is not strong in coverage and the backers crowd the line which opens up the middle. Creek 21-20.

Hope you're right but Poland dominated Hubbard in every aspect of the game. I didn't see enough out of Creek to justify a upset. Hard working kids with a lot of community support. Unfortunately at this stage depth speed and size take over. Hope Creek can hang.
