Latest word is that the State Supreme Court (that's right the State Supreme Court)
will have some form of ruling by this evening.
I am guessing that when state supreme court judges from various states get together
there is discussion among those from other states like "can you believe in WV you have
to decide who should be in their football playoffs."
The WVSSAC has a strong record when they appeal to the SC.
I would hope they also put the local judges on notice to "stop sending these cases to us."

i bet the winter sports coaches arent happy with this. what is that going to do their teams and schedules .

Nobody is happy to drive 4+ hours to lose by 50 in WV. Irrelevant football in an irrelevant state.
