If you would like to see the talent that Friendship is bringing to Wheeling island this saturday, simply go to maxpreps.com. Then go to football recruiting and search "Friendship Edison". Eight of their players will appear, and that does not include the jr d-lineman that was previosly mentioned. Yes, Central will show up and compete, but it is a shame that they have to reach out to these schools and play.simply my opinions....mike duplagaComment

Don't count on it, still alot of tough games on schedule...Oliver PA/Bridgeport/Ferry/at Shadyside/Linsly. WHEN they get to the playoffs in WV single A it should be a cakewalk. No disrespect to Madonna or Bishop, but if injuries do not bring the Knights to defeat like last year, the playoffs will by javee games in the second half. Atleast 6 teams on Wheeling Centrals schedule would win WV single A title.simply my opinions....mike duplagaComment

Good luck to Central on this one, it sounds like they will really need it. It is unfortunate they have go outside of the OVAC to play 2 DC teams. I believe everything that everyone is saying about Friendship especially cas and bison and I watched the video mrohiofb posted. As I've said in the past, DC teams can be big and physical, but they're still DC. I admit that I am not real informed on this game, but I still think Central will do well and win.Comment
