Some people are saying that MOW was able to be hacked because he used the same password on here and they were able to retrieve the information from this site, is that true?

Did that mean he also used the same password for his email? Seems to me the only person who would know if he used the same password on both sites and his email is MOW (well, and possibly Anonymous). I guess the prudent thing to do would be do have different passwords for all your internet activity (social media/forums/email etc.) That way, if one account is compromised, you aren't compromising all the others.

This site was not compromised. All passwords are highly encrypted on this site. I don't even know what people's passwords are.

I agree with you on that, but some people don't think about having their accounts compromised. I think MOW was hacked because of his feud with Prinnie, maybe I am wrong. I do think that Knightsec and prinnie sound like the same person, they both call for protest in the town, they both give legal advice on your rights to protest, they both are calling for people to bring down the town, the school and the coach. They even use the same phrases when replying to people. If this brings out the truth, I am all for it, but if it is just another smear campaign then it is wrong, people want facts, not someones opinion on how they wanted the crime to have happened.

Everyone is secure here. vbulletin (the company I purchased the rights to the forum from) does an INCREDIBLE job making the backend of these forums. Like I said, I don't even have access to see what someones password is - which is a good thing for the security of our members.

Hopefully the facts are brought out. Like I had said on the other thread months ago about prinnie, if she gets the facts, I am all for her work, but it started to turn in to a smear campaign about the county and anyone who lived their, so we will see if Knightsec keeps it real or lets it turn in to a smear campaign. I think most everyone in the valley, including Big Red fans only want the truth about this incident, not peoples opinions on how they think it happened, I don't think that is asking too much from people when you consider what is at stake with everyone involved.

And for those who stated it couldn't/wouldn't happen anywhere else ... "If" what is being alleged is true, it "appears" that the young man who might get outed is or was a student from Buckeye. If so, I hope he gets the same amount of scrutiny as those in Steubenville!
