Let's give a shout-out to Wheeling Central's COOPER BLAIR, senior-to-be at Wheeling Central! Cooper will take part in the Paralympic Trials and will run in 100-400. He is in Minneapolis preparing to take part in the U>S> Paralympic Track and Field Trials with hopes of earning a spot on TEAM USA for Paralympic games which will be held August 24th - September 5th, 2021. Cooper has a dream to make it to Tokyo! He had both of his feet amputated at two (2) years old after being diagnosed with amniotic band syndrome but has never given up on his dreams as an athlete. What an example for young people to see Cooper out there giving 100%++. Let's get behind Cooper and support him all the way. His motto...'I can do all things through CHRIST who strengtheneth me."
