He was drafted like 5th or 6th round because he was listed like 5'11 3/4. Last season I think it was Boller that was injured Smith got a few starts and really did a decent job.(Better than Boller anyways). This year pretty much the reason Flacco started was because Boller and Smith were injured in the preseason and Flacco has obviously done a good job this season.
