Claymont dismantled Carrollton pretty handily, was 44-7 when Claymont put in the reserves. Carollton was 2-0 before tonight. Claymont would beat Linsly and the other two teams on Ferry's schedule pretty handily.

I was shocked when I saw the score on that game. That was not something I would have expected for sure.

This looks like it's going to be one hell of a game. I think both teams are pretty evenly matched. However, I think ferry will win this game in the trenches. It just comes down to how many big plays st.c can make to combat the long ball possession drives ferry will put on them. Too close to call.

Wow...after three games he is Div. 1 ready. Do you people really hear yourselves? Best Lbs, Best rbs, soph. playing at D 1 level after 3 games, best secondary, best defense, ...yet with all this talent St. C is limping by opponents. It is shocking St. C fans sort of concede the qb is not the best in the Valley. Must be something in the water. With all this incredible talent one would think St. C would want to play Steubenville, at least one time.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that if Brendan Ferns is beig considered a D1 prospect after only 3 starts, #34 Stewart mus be consideres as one as well. No pressure... They're merely sophomores playing like seniors!

After week 2, I was going with StC in this one. But after Ferry beating Linsly at home I'm going with the Riders. Both teams have superb athletes and coaches, but Ferry has the edge at QB. Saw StC play and the QB play is going to hurt them unless it improves. Claymont put 8 men in the box, man to man on receivers, and StC offense struggled. I'm sure the QB will develop as the season goes on but as for now Ferry gets the win at home 28-21.

This is laughable. I've seen #10 play for three years and nothing screams D1 about him.

To the game, first thought about it is Ferry will dominate in the trenches like they do every year against StC and that will be the difference. StC has nothing but #8

Lmao! This will be a good game. My head says Ferry in this one. But my gut says,"Not so fast my friend!" StC's line is big and physical enough to play smash mouth with Ferry. They have a 230lb bull at fullback and arguably the fastest kid in the valley at tailback. The defense faced as good a group of athletes last night as they will all year. They a pretty good job. As for all you naysayers, #5 is a pretty good ball player. Big, strong, fast, and a sure tackler. As I said, it's going to be a real good game.

I noticed him kind of gimped up in the 1st half. He never really looked right after that. You're right. That would be a huge hurdle for StC to get over.
