Haha Captain Obvious!!! How many screen names do you have? I'm sticking up for the kids they deserve better. You were wrong so came back for more with all your spins and excuses to try to justify failure. Yes I counted on my fingers how may days its been since buckeye beat ic idiot. The way u flip flop is amusing.

First of all, once again Dr. KNOW IT ALL, I have one screen name. I read your pathetic comments week after week. And second, and most importantly, you are not sticking up for the kids. When you tear down their Coaches, you tear down their team. Your posts do nothing but bring out more negativity from more people. Look at every negative thread started on this site and see who started them.....YOU.

I know for a fact that a large number of boys from the Panther team read your posts and they despise you. They bust their butts everyday and show up every Friday night with their chins up to play the game they love not to have people like you trash their team. It's not about you you selfish goof!

For your information the boys who are seniors now started their freshman year when coach Pest became head coach in 2012. In 2012 the freshmen played only 2 or 3 freshmen games due to the lack of teams in the valley having enough players to play. There were 14 freshmen in 2012. There are now 10 of those original 14. (I'll give you a minute to count ON YOUR FINGERS). So they are down 4. One moved on last year to Senior status and graduated to join the military, One quit due to injuries and two quit due to selfishness and parenting issues I will not get into. This FACT speaks volumes for how they feel about their HC. The Panthers are a team. Their TEAM is made up of the boys themselves and their coaches. You tear one down you tear the whole team down.

In another post you mention support in the community and how community members who used to be regulars at the games, whether they had ties to the player or not, no longer attend the games--I say toodles to them and hope they stay away. They are bandwagon fans. Watch them crawl back out of the woodwork when Buckeye cycles through another winning season. The only fans these boys need are the ones who support them all game, all night, all season, WIN OR LOSE. That is "what the boys deserve", not people like you who thrive to bring out all the other selfish doom and gloomers and make them feel bad about themselves. How are these boys ever going to get confidence when they read the comments on here trashing them even in middle school. They are kids. Kids who love the game of football for what it is not for their record and especially not for you and your fans.

So many of your comments on here are false statements. Your fancy stats, that anyone could look up if they had nothing better to do, mean nothing. Why don't you spend your time attending some board meetings and see where the real issues start. GET A LIFE!

As well as making more excuses for what is/has been a bad situation. I am 100% for the kid and feel they deserve the best and the best opportunity to succeed in whatever they do. Now that does not always mean they win, but they improve and feel a sense of accomplishment instead of busting their butts and walking into the locker room and school feeling dejected. It seems to me that all the negative energy comes from their HC and his supporters. It’s no secret it’s my way or the highway approach. It’s no secret how some of the prior assistants feel but will say nice guy. It’s no secret the level of animosity amongst the adults. I don’t believe that either of the past two coaches have ever said – I take the blame for this one.

When when when will you admit that you are part of the problem? There is no doubt that there is a ton of negativity surrounding BL. I am not denying that.

I am aware of that and he was a great coach. I was just trying to point out that winning seasons do come in cycles as well as losing seasons.

The early years of Buckeye Local were very successful for several reasons, Pobolish was one of those reasons.

In the 1989 season Buckeye North, South and West had their own high schools. This brought many experienced players to Pob for the 1990 season, but it also brought the problems of building a cohesive unit from three different teams. These three teams were fed by their own Jr. High teams. For several years three Jr. High teams fed the Buckeye Local high school program. This resulted in 48 wins in the first 5 seasons of Buckeye Local football and a trip to the state finals.

Numbers and experience breed success. Coaching can only do as much as they are permitted to do. This all starts with off season conditioning. If the players do not condition properly, Is it the fault of the coaches? It could be, unless the coach is restricted from making conditioning mandatory by the administration. I do not know if this is the case at Buckeye. Another problem could be administrative or parental interference in the running of the team. The coach needs to be free to make decisions on who gets playing time by his observations in practice and the regularity that each player shows up for practice. The coach cannot be influenced by parents or administration telling him who should be getting playing time or starting.

This takes a strong coach. Pobolish was a strong coach to deal with the varied personalities from 3 different schools and bring them together successfully. Many consolidations are not successful so quickly.

I do not mean to say that the problem lies only with the coach. There are many different things that can affect the success of a program.

I anxiously await the day when Buckeye Local returns to their glory on the gridiron. I was in the stands from the beginning, when their first play from scrimmake was a pass of 80 yards for a TD.
