@boot I agree about Davis. My post was only stating that IF Haney is the 2 they need to keep him on the field like we have in the past with the other 2’s of the past ( Jamo, Reda, Zach and others) Also, IF Davis had not came back, Haney would have been the starter.

I disagree with you about waiting to see IF Haney can compete and be successful. Many sophomores will be leaders and will play significant roles, they will compete and they will be successful, and Haney is one of them.

Last year we had a few seniors that didn’t lead. That was disappointing to see. And it cost us. Players look to those players. This needs to be the #1 mind set going into this season.

open weeks I think are 4 and 8-10
On offense I am curious to see if the sophomore Haney will start. Running game and o line should be very good. WR I am not sure what we’ve got there
On defense it should be good once again.
