At Beaver Local, Wolfe was a 3 year letterman on the defensive line. He was named to the DIII All-Ohio 1st Team and OVAC 1st Team after registered 78 tackles and seven sacks his senior year. While at Beaver Local, Wolfe notched 205 career tackles.
For the Cincinnati Bearcats, Wolfe accumulated 162 total tackles, 37 tackles for loss, and 19.5 sacks during his tenure. He was named Co-Big East Defensive Player of the Year this past season as a senior.
This is the highest that an Ohio Valley athlete has been selected in the NFL draft since Joey Galloway was drafted 8th overall in the 1995 draft.
