WHEELING — Whew, what a weekend. The Ohio Valley fared pretty well in postseason action in the state of Ohio, as all teams that were favored to advance did so. But many of those schools that were fortunate enough to advance have even tougher tasks ahead this week, which is the nature of the beast.
Over on the West Virginia side of the border, there’s one more week of regular-season action before the playoffs commence. Several area schools could use good showings in order to qualify for the dance.
