WHEELING – If there is one thing that is clear in the Ohio Valley it is that its residents live, breathe, and eat football in the fall. That was evident as our STREAMcast team began to dig into our research for an All-Valley Football team. The idea for this segment was suggested in our amazing forums, which if you haven’t checked out you should do so. The hosts and our staff combed through forum posts, nominations, and good ole fashioned word of mouth to create our team. We ended up looking through over 14,400 nominations and an even more astonishing 33,475 votes from our two fan polls. To say our staff and committee was blown away would in fact be an understatement.

Our team understands that there may be flaws in our system and that some kids may have been missed. That is an unfortunate byproduct of making teams like this, which sadly will leave some kids out. However, we here at OVAthletics believe in showcasing as many kids as possible so we assembled our team using our process, if you feel we missed a kid or would like to showcase an athlete please reach out to us as we will be building showcases soon.
